1. Before turning on the engine, make sure the dashboard indicator is safe

Usually if there is a problem about the electrical engine, then there is an indicator on the dashboard that lights up. But the indicator does not turn on immediately, when we turn the ignition to ON, then all the indicators will light up for a few seconds all are dead.

When going to heat the engine, don't start immediately after positioning the key to ON. But wait for all indicators to turn off, if all the indicators don't turn on then the engine's electricity is safe you can immediately turn on the engine.

2. Duration when heating the engine

3. Use AC or not?

4. Don't need to be gassed, leave it idle

So when heating the engine, just leave it at idle RPM. The standard RPM injection car is around 8,000 RPM not with AC. But if the air conditioner is on, the RPM can break 9,000

5. Take into account fuel pressure

Especially for injection cars that are not turned on in more than a month, usually the fuel pressure drops. Even though this fuel pressure makes the gasoline can be sprayed out of the injector, if the pressure drops then the gasoline does not come out of the injector so that the engine is difficult to live at the first start.

The solution, before you turn on the car starter you have to turn the ignition switch to the ON and OFF position back and forth at least 3 times. This is done to trigger the fuel pump to work more to increase fuel pressure.

When we turn the key to ON, the fuel pump automatically works for about 3 seconds. This will increase the fuel pressure, but if done once the pressure may be less so you need to turn the key to ON / Off for 3 times so that the fuel pump works longer.
